At Basics Clothing Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
